Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, or a different kind of event, choose from either a pre-selected package or create your own delicious dream table! All of our items are made in store fresh for your occasion!
Each package has specific lead times. Please call or stop in the bakery for any custom orders or packages.

Party Packs
Set dessert packages, perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, and other gatherings!
Requested 1-2 weeks notice on orders. Larger or custom orders we recommend 1-2 months notice.

*All items come dipped in chocolate, excluding Macarons in pack C. Decor for party packs is standard drizzle, sprinkles, or glitter in requested colors. For custom decor, please inquire with bakery. Cake pops come in either yellow cake or chocolate cake.
**No substitutions on party packs. Extra items can be added from our À la carte menu. All items come boxed for transport.
Sweet Treat Packs
Featuring ADC specialties, great for office parties, weddings, and high end events.
Requested 2 weeks notice for ‘Sweet Tooth’ / 2-4 weeks notice on ‘Indulgence’ / 1-2 MONTHS notice on ‘Sugar Rush’. For larger events or weddings of any package size we recommend up to 6-8 months notice.
Sweet Tooth
24 guest minimum- Includes the following for each guest:
- Brownie Bites (2 per guest)
- Gourmet Cupcake (1 per guest)
- Cake Pops (2 per guest) OR
- Cake-sicle (1 per guest)
Indulgence
24 guest minimum- Includes everything in the Sweet Tooth Package plus:
- French Macarons (2 per guest)
- Large Cannoli (1 per guest)
Sugar Rush
50 guest minimum- Includes everything in the Indulgence Packages plus:
- Mini Pie or Fruit Tarts (1 per guest)
* Limited changes or substitutions can be made to any of our catering packages. Custom/Wedding cakes or additional items may be added a’la carte to any tier.
Adding a Cake
* No matter the celebration, a fantastic cake is a pivotal center piece to your dessert table. Check our getting started page to get ideas on where to begin!
* Cakes can be added to any of our packages or a’la carte orders.
* Cake pricing is in addition to dessert pricing and requires a custom quote based on the amount of servings and the design of the cake.
* Wedding cakes are recommended ordering 4-6 months in advance to allow for availability, custom single tiers are recommended 2-4 weeks and custom 2-tier cakes are recommended 2-4 months. 3-tier or larger we recommend 6-12 months. These are recommended time tables to ensure we have the time slots needed to make your cake.
Delivery and Setup
Most dessert packages will require pickup during business hours at the bakery. All items come boxed for transportation.
Delivery options are available to orders that meet our minimum; pending availability in our delivery schedule. American Dream Cakes does not employ 3rd party delivery drivers . We have a limited number of delivery time slots available, especially on Saturdays. Our delivery is generally reserved for 3-tier wedding cakes or larger, along with larger dessert add-ons.
The delivery fee is calculated based off mileage to your venue and covers ADC transporting your items to your venue. The setup fee is optional but covers if you would like for ADC to arrange your table for you. The setup fee does not include stands or platters for display and is purely just ADC arranging your desserts on the provided equipment.
Stands and Platters
ADC does not provide or rent any display stands, platters (some exceptions apply) or serving utensils including plates and napkins. Our pricing is purely based off the time and ingredients put into the items we are making. We can special order display/serving items at cost for you- yours to keep after your event. We highly encourage you to check with your venue, caterer or event coordinator as they potentially have additional displays available under their own policies.
À la Carte
À la carte items may be ordered on their own or added to any cake order or dessert package. We recommend at least 4 weeks notice for certain items, as that allows us to ensure availability. All items are made in store and have a variety of minimums. Custom desserts are available upon request, but may have additional fees to allow for recipe testing ahead of your event. For questions and inquires please call the bakery. Custom colors are available with certain items, but exact color matches are not guaranteed. Check our Facebook album for examples! Sweet Treats Trailer
The #SweetTreatsTrailer is seen at local fairs and festivals in Eastern NC throughout the year. It is constantly busy serving up gourmet cupcakes, fresh cookies, cheesecake pops, and other seasonal favorites. The #SweetTreatsTrailer is also available to personally serve up sweets at wedding receptions, corporate events, family reunions or other private events!
Booking the #SweetTreatsTrailer for your next event is easy.
* Choose a dessert package.
* Tell us how many guests (50 minimum).
* Confirm the date and time you’ll need us at the event.
* Team ADC will put together a custom quote for your event and deliver a delicious experience.
Additional Fees
* Fees for Sweet Treats Trailer booking are based on a 2-hour block of time (excluding travel and set-up)
* The booking fee is in addition to the catering package price and is based on the day, time and staff needed for your event. Please see the chart below for booking fee prices.
* A maximum of 1 additional hour can be booked for an additional fee of $100.
* If more than 3 hours are required, the booking fee will based on the chart below.
* Booking fees include 1-2 ADC staff members to set up at your event and ‘serve’ the dessert items. A $100 fee will be added for each additional staff member required for parties with more than 50 guests.
* If your venue offers free electrical hookup to a 50amp outlet (within 20 feet of trailer setup) a 10% discount off of the booking fee will be awarded.
* If no outlet is available, generators will be used. Please take generator noise into consideration when booking for weddings. ADC cannot shut off the generators during ceremonies, speeches, etc.
* Cake cutting fees:
* WITH plates, forks, and napkins: $2.50 per guest
* WITHOUT plates, forks and napkins: $1.50 per guest
